From Where Do We Collect Your Personal Data?

We obtain personal information in several ways, including confidential enrolment records, interviews, by telephone, by email, from media & publications, via our website, from cookies, third parties and other publicly available sources.

We gather your personal information to provide our services to you, provide information to our clients and for marketing purposes. We may also use your personal data in circumstances where you would expect such use. If you would like to unsubscribe from our marketing and mailing lists, you can intimate us in writing.

How Long Do We Hold Your Personal Information?

However, we may store some of the personal details of our clients for a minimum of 7 years for legal requirements.

You are entitled to access, amend, update or correct your personal information held by us, but there are certain exceptions. Also we want you to make a written request to access your personal information.

First Idea Family Day Care Services will not charge any fee to provide you access to your personal information, but you may be charged administrative fee for issuing a copy of your personal data.

To ensure the safety and security of your personal information, you are required to produce identification before we release your requested information.
